If you are paying by check or money order do not register online. Please download, print and complete the registration form and mail it with your payment.

Pre-Conference Sessions: Sept. 24th, 10:00am - 4:45pm

These sessions run concurrently. Do not sign up the same person for more than one session or you will be charged for additional sessions that you cannot physically attend. Please provide the names of the people planning on attending each workshop.

Cancellation Policy: A $25.00 cancellation fee will be charged. No Refunds will be made after September 10, 2008.
